any good ways to loose weight [im a young teen] or fasten up matabalism? Diet plans?

anything and im not like fat im jst not happy

I was told by a smart nutritionist that you should eat a meal within 30 minutes of waking up in the morning. It sparks a slow metabolism and gives it a boost. You basically just need to exercise and eat fruits and veggies and low call stuff. you MUST control portion size. But in all honesty you are young, so don’t sweat it because if you want to loose weight it won’t be a big project. Go outside and run. You ll see the difference within days.
