It is mainly caused during the traveling as the normal bathroom schedule will be significantly changed. Change times zones, eating foods that your organism is not used to, and skipping out your frequent fitness exercises might be the main causes of the constipation while traveling. It is a very common problem among people who travels a lot. Despite the travel, constipation can be triggered during stressful times, or during the changes of the normal schedule, and even at weekends after long weekdays. But in such cases, people usually get constipated for a time being and then get back to their normal conditions. Medically, constipation can be described as one of the followings:

- Mineral water should be regularly drunk as this will not only keep the organism hydrated, but it will also keep the digestive system active.
- While traveling, snacks and high in fibre products are needed to be taken. Healthy snacks on hand are the best way to prevent eating processed foods that have a potential to tie the digestive system.
- Fresh salads and fruits, cooked vegetable dishes, whole grains and baked beans are advised to be eaten
It is always advised to avoid having constipation problems while traveling rather than fixing it afterwards.
