Joining FHL is easy. When you
click the "Join Now" button you will complete these three simple steps.

The first step is to decide
which membership plan is
right for you and
to review FHL's Terms and
Conditions.

The second step is to
identify yourself by
entering your first and last
name and to choose
a user name and password.
You will also be asked for
an e-mail address.
This address is the one to
which FHL will send your
Membership confirmation. |

3. |
The third step is to pay
your Membership fee using a
major credit card.
|
Once you have become a Member, we
will guide you through the getting
started process and give you an
orientation to the Members' area of
the site. You will then be
ready to complete your Member
Profile, identify your health care
providers, and begin
building your online health library.
